We require that you do not purchase through our Ebay store. You will be invoiced for the purchase.
Although our "3 Gems Layaway" is of minimal cost, we are unable to ship the item until paid in full. If you prefer to receive the item right away, we suggest you apply for PayPal credit or use your credit card(s).
1. FEES: No fees charged if item is paid in full within 90 days of 1st down payment date. Any payment after 90 days of purchase, will require a finance charge of $10 per month for saddles or $5 per month for any other tack items. This same charge will be accessed monthly on the anniversary of 1st down payment date.
2. BUYER CONTROLLED FINANCING: Buyers make a payment in the amount they choose, WHEN and IF they can. Payment amounts, payment dates and financing period is determined by the buyer. If a payment is not received for 3 consecutive months, the seller has the right to double the monthly fee. 3 Gems will ask for an "estimated" payment completion date.
3. PAYMENT DATE: Payment date will be determined by the "postage mark date" or e-mailed notification of payment received by seller.
4. DELIVERY: Item will not be delivered to buyer until paid in full.
5. REFUNDS: Buyer responsible for return shipping/insurance. Refund will consist of a store credit minus all shipping fees. No returns on custom made items.
6. INVOICING: Buyer will be invoiced periodically via e-mail through a Paypal invoicing tool. Buyer is NOT required to pay using Paypal services.
7. ITEM AVAILABILITY: Inventory changes often, so availability will be determined on the date of final payment. In the event of discontinued manufacture of item, all payments will be applied to a store credit.
8. PRICE CHANGE: Item is subject to price change upon date of final payment.
9. ORDER CHANGE: The item ordered cannot be changed unless approved by the seller.
10. AGREEMENT: Upon receipt of first payment, buyer is obligated to the terms and conditions stated above.
