3 Gems would like to announce our fund raising program!
We believe youth involvement with horses is key in developing responsible well rounded adults. With that said, we would like clubs to consider using the funds earned to further support families of youth and encourage other youth to join.
3 Gems is flexible with terms if your club has regulations that need to be followed. Comments and suggestions welcome. PROGRAM SUMMARY: Levels: Clubs will have the opportunity to select which level they wish to apply for. Each level has requirements. 3 Gems will determine which level the club qualifies for. Qualification will depend on factors such as number of events, intent of funds raised and willingness to promote donated item. See application for level details.
Donated Item: 3 Gems will donate an item of their choice that has a retail value of up to $400. The value of this donated item will be determined by what level the club qualifies for. We offer World Class Quality Products that are worthy of any level of competition. If you don't agree the donated item fits this description, we will gladly replace it. This item can be raffled, auctioned or given as an award.
Coupons: Another branch of the fund raising, will be providing the club with 3 Gems business cards that have coupon codes on the back. Coupon Example: $25 off Specific Item ~ 3 Gems will donate $10 back to club when redeemed. $5 off Any Item ~ 3 Gems will donate $3 back to club when redeemed. The coupons can be handed out at club events as well as other venues decided by each individual club member. 3 Gems offers common items such as dog products and home furnishings that may appeal to the general public as well as friends and family.
Promoting: Depending on what level the club qualifies for will determine if it is required that the donated item be promoted. Club will be provided with a means of displaying the donated item in the form of professional posters, electronic files for program publishing or props for item.
Additional Rules & Regulations: >If the donated item is limited in size, such as clothing, the winner is welcome to exchange it for a custom made version in their size and color as long as original donation is in usable condition. >3 Gems reserves the right to deny the application if they see fit. >Cash will be submitted to Club accounts only on a monthly basis in the form of a check. >3 Gems reserves the right to change the fund raising rules and regulations at any time.
