Kathy's is offering a regular cut  or congress cut halter hand made from Hermann Oak leather and oiled to the color standards. 

All stainless hardware and the halter is sized the same as all our Kathys show halters. 

This halter is great for those wanted a more traditional look, such as foundation breeds.

Rolled leather style on the nose and crown as traditionally seen on English tack.

What is the difference in "CUT"?
Congress Cut has wider silver measuring 1" as well as shorter silver which can aid in the appearance of a horse with a larger head.
Regular Cut silver is longer and narrower measuring 3/4".  This is suitable for a more petite or smaller headed horse.
